Delivery and returns
At Keeley we offer next day delivery on all orders within the UK!
Once orders are fulfilled, if the order is fulfilled before midday, you will receive your order the following day with our chosen courier, DPD!
Please remember that all orders cannot be fulfilled straight away, if the bat is not in stock and has to be made please allow one to two weeks for us to make the bat.
We offer a 30 day return period!
We understand that choosing a cricket bat online is difficult, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or even if you have just changed your mind, we accept all unused products and offer either a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the products are unused and undamaged. We cannot accept any returned goods that we believe have been used or damaged and is not in the original condition that it left the factory.
For returned goods, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and then post a note inside the returns parcel with your name, address, contact details and which action you would like to take, either refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
We offer international shipping! Please enquire within for a quote.
Customers are responsible for all import duties and customs charges.
Shipping times will depend on customs and local couriers, an approximation will be given upon initial quote.
Customers must pay the cost of returns shipping.
